Cultivating Stability & Resilience During Difficult TimesJoin IMCC April 18 through 21, 2024 for a silent, three-night Residential Retreat. We will explore how to cultivate equanimity, stability, and resilience amid the many difficulties of our world. The retreat will consist of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks, and mindful vegetarian meals and will be held in Noble Silence. Registration opens January 1, 2024. Cost: Single Retreat Room (3 Nights) $485 | Double Retreat Room (3 Nights) $260
All meals will be vegetarian. Any dietary special needs will be accommodated to the extent possible. One type of alternative milk will be available; yogurts and butter substitutes are not available. Please describe special needs (including accessibility, CPAP, etc…). If you have physical limitations and need assistance moving around and/or with daily self care activities please talk to the Retreat Manager about bringing a personal assistant with you to the retreat.
IMCC CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) Registrants cancelling on or before February 21, 2024 are entitled to a full refund
2) Registrants cancelling between February 22nd and March 6, 2024 forfeit 50% of event fee
3) Those canceling on or after March 7, 2024 forfeit 100% of the event fee
4) No-shows are not entitled to a refund
