Our Wednesday sits and Dharma talks are in-person and live streamed on Zoom. We archive these YouTube in case you miss a Wednesday, or want to revisit a talk. The Tuesday Dharma chats are Zoom only and are not recorded. Both gatherings leave time for questions and comments at the end, and both are accessible using the links on the WELCOME MEDITATORS portion of our home page.
