Deepening Insights: The Dharma In Depth

Fourth Thursday of each month starting Jan. 27, 2022 through May 26, 2022, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
The Buddha taught investigation as the second of the 7 factors of awakening. Together we will investigate the innate capacity to open our hearts and skillfully train the mind to face life with compassion, loving-kindness, and greater awareness. Based on Pema Chodron’s Compassion Cards: Teachings for Awakening the Heart in Everyday Life, we will develop ways to cope with daily challenges and integrate the Dharma into our everyday lives. Joy LiBethe and Thia Powers invite you to come and investigate the Dharma in depth through this path of heart-opening wisdom with them.
