Debbie and Clyde will be offering a half-day meditation retreat on Saturday, June 10th here in Milford Chapel. Join them for a Saturday morning meditation ’tune-up’

When: June 10, 2023, 9am-12:30pm

What: Sitting and walking meditation with some guidance

Where: Park Road Baptist Church, Milford Chapel, 3900 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28209

Cost: $25 (scholarships available)

In our Insight Meditation tradition, Dana (generosity) from the participants is encouraged – out of gratitude for the teachings & the teacher.
