This class is for meditators who would like foundational direction as they delve into the Dharma as well as more seasoned meditators who would like to go deeper on the path. In addition to some general meditation information, the class will provide overviews of the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path and the Three Characteristics of Existence.

The class will held in person at Park Road Baptist Church from 7-9 pm the first four Tuesdays of May: 3,10,17 & 24. Class fee: $35. Student rate: $20. Does not include dana for the teacher.
