Are you ready to commit to a regular meditation practice, but are not sure how exactly to do that? This class is designed to give time-tested tips for establishing (and reviving) a personal meditation practice.
Class will cover a variety of prompts, methods and techniques and will address how to work with procrastination. We will have time for meditation and discussion.
Appropriate for all levels of meditators, especially those whose goal is to establish (or re-establish) their regular sitting practice.
