FALL 2020 BOOK DISCUSSION of Deep Hope by Diane Eshin Rizzetto
On Zoom beginning Thursday, September 3rd
“Deep hope is more than simple optimism or wishful thinking for a specific outcome. Deep hope asks us to dwell in the unknown–that open, spacious realm of possibility.” Through teachings, stories and practices, Rizzetto, a Zen Abbess and teacher, shows us that there is a way to face our lives and the world with courage and an open heart by exploring Buddha’s discourses on The Perfections (Paramis/lParamitas).”
We will meet virtually on Zoom, from noon to 2PM on the first Thursday of each month through December. If you wish to attend, contact Joy LiBethe, at email@example.com as soon as possible. This group fills well in advance. Attendance is free, and dana to IMCC is always appreciated.
