BEGIN AGAIN: NEW YEAR, NEW INSIGHTS, NEW EXPLORATIONS
There are times when a meditator feels stuck, uninspired, doubting of their practice, or unable to concentrate. For others, their practice is stable, but they no longer feel it to be fresh and alive. In this day-long retreat, which is geared to those with meditative experience, we will explore a variety of approaches that may include samatha (calm abiding/tranquility), body awareness, mindfulness of consciousness and space, walking meditation, choiceless awareness, awareness of awareness(nature of mind), and the brahma-vihara practices.
There will be opportunities for attendees to ask questions regarding the teachings and their own practices.
Please be prepared to maintain silence throughout the day, which is important for deepening your practice and maintaining the connection with our retreat sangha. Instructions will be given in advance on how to prepare for a home Zoom retreat.
